This lock has serious issues with fingerprint scanning. It often takes 10 attempts to open, which is frustrating and unreliable. I have another lock from a different brand that works smoothly without such problems, so the issue is clearly with this product. Would not recommend.

Today I had the BytBots Infinity Smart Door Lock installed at my home, and my initial experience has been positive. The installation process was smooth and completed without any hassle. The lock feels sturdy and well-built, giving confidence in its durability.
The multiple unlocking options—fingerprint, PIN code, RFID card, mobile app, OTP, and manual key—make it very convenient for different family members. The fingerprint sensor is quite responsive, and the PIN entry works seamlessly. I particularly appreciate the mobile app access, as it allows me to manage and monitor the lock easily.
Aesthetically, the design is modern and sleek, which blends well with my main door. The lock operation is quiet, and the auto-lock feature gives an extra sense of security.
Since it’s just been installed today, I’ll be monitoring aspects like battery life, app performance, and long-term reliability over the coming weeks.

As per carpenter one spring is installed. I can't understand that it is manufacturing defects or mistakes while installing.
